What if I'm outside the service area?
We will happily still deliver and collect but charges may apply. Please enquire.
Do you do removals (without storage)?
We don't but there are a number of local removals companies we work closely with who we'd be happy to recommend.
Do you do Business storage?
We do. Please contact us with your requirements.
Can I bring my things in my own vehicle?
Yes you can. There are no corridors or stairs to negotiate. Your Storage unit can be loaded directly from the boot of you car.
Can I access my belongings 24/7?
Our standard opening times are restricted to keep storage costs low. Access is charged at £15 per 30min visit.
What are Storage units made of?
Our storage units are walk in size timber storage containers used throughout the removals and storage industry - they're huge, dry and eco friendly. They are perfect for storing all manner of household belongings including clothing & electrical. They are breathable so there's no condensation or mould you get with industrial shipping containers.
Are there restrictions on what I can store?
No Flammables, explosive or perishable items. This list is not exhaustive.
Is there a weight limit on what I can store?
Our storage units can store up to 1.75 tons.
How long can I store my belongings?
Minimum 2 months with Free drop off and re-delivery. Minimum 1 month in all other cases. No maximum duration.
Is your warehouse secure?
The security on our warehouse is formidable. We have CCTV, electronic security gates, access control with secure fencing on our perimeter.
Are my belongings insured whilst in storage?
You will need to check your contents policy or buy an "in storage" contents policy separately.
How do I pay?
You can pay by direct debit or bank transfer. We do not take cash.
Is there a deposit?
No, we don't require you to pay a deposit.
How many Storage units can I use?
There are no restriction on the number of Storage units you can use.
Can I share a Storage unit with a friend?
Yes you can.
Can I store a vehicle or boat?
Yes you can. We have secure outdoor hardstanding suitable for cars, vans, motorhome, boats etc.
Can I store electrical equipment?
Yes you can. Our warehouse is fully insulated and our Storage units don't suffer from condensation like industrial shipping containers.
Can I store a large item that won't fit in a Storage unit?
Yes you can. Please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
